Watkins, Clara Jean Ritchie, Janice Townsend (Raymond), Ellen Dale Harrison, Suzanne McFarland (Don) and Edith Browning (Harold); and his nieces and nephews, Kim White, Diann Begley, Dennis and Danny Watkins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Thelma Campbell (RC), Earl Watkins (Norma), Larry Watkins (Joan) and Wendell Watkins (Joyce); and his brothers-in-law, Jim Harrison and Gene Ritchie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
