He is survived by: his brother Billy Joe Fish (Sarah); his nieces and nephews, Virginia Barbee (Milton), Alyssa Fish, Kensi Fish, Russell Lee Banta, Earl Chapman II, Carter Fish and Noah Fish; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Olivia Caudill, Kyle Caudill and Dylan Caudill. He is also survived by several extended family members and many friends.
