He is survived by: his wife Rita Smith Barlow; his sons, James Robert (Tracy), Ryan (Samantha) and Timothy (Sarah); his grandchildren, Hayden, Noah and TJ; and his brother J. Jeffery (Helen). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
