He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Roy Mason and Ella Findley Kash; and his wife Elizabeth Joyce Conyers Kash. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Mahanes (Jon) of Winchester and Jennifer Kash Cooper Berry (Bryan) of Winchester; his granddaughters, Ella Kate Cooper and Anna Lea Cooper; his stepgrandchildren, Taylor Stanfield (Jason), Mary-Claire McKinney (Ben), Nate Berry, Reagan Berry and Bryson Berry; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lily Stanfield and Sam McKinney; his siblings, Dr. Stephen Lee Kash, Nancy Kash Cosby (Cos) of Lexington, Georgann Kash Jantzen (Bob) and Carolina; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Conyers Harbin (Gary) and Sharon Conyers Hubbard (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals (1002 Woodford Dr, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
