He is survived by: his sons, Josh Bush (Amanda) and Luke Bush (Stacy); his grandchildren, McKenzie, Walker and John Porter Bush; and his sisters, Sherry Baber Stanfield (James) and Judith Johnson (Donald). He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
