She was predeceased by: her spouse Cleatus Ratliff; her parents, Harry Bush and Ethel Epperson Bush; her brother James Merrill Bush (Vickie); her brother-in-law Norman Wayne Neely; her nephew Chad Neely; and her sister-in-law Donna Bush.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Danielle Ratliff and Matthew Scott Ratliff (Kelly); her grandchildren, Carter Ratliff, Chloe Ratliff, Claire Ratliff and Callum Ratliff; and her siblings, Lois Neely, Kenneth Bush (Carol), Larry Glenn Bush and Barry Lynn Bush. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
