She is survived by: her children, Misty Pergram (Michael) and Tim Woosley Jr. (Jennifer Miller); and her siblings, Michael Clem (Angie), Carl Ingram Jr., Reva Woosley, Jeanine Clem, Carlena Stanfield and Margie Osborne. She is also survived by her six grandchildren.
