Kenneth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Haggard Hisle and Emma Lou Birch Hisle; his wife Iona; his son-in-law Ronald Parks; and his great grandchild Rylan Riddell.

He is survived by: his children, Paul Raymond Hisle (Carol), Wanda Faye Riddell (Gary), Brenda Kaye Parks and Ramona Gayle Young (Danny); and his grandchildren, Gary W. Riddell II, Melissa F. Riddell-Donathan, Gina Lynn Hisle-Atkinson, Glenda Sue Hisle-Jones, Denisa Leigh Parks-Short, Cassandra Nicole Parks-Absher, Zachary Tyler Young and Morgan Rachelle Young. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Scobee Funeral Home (219 W Lexington Ave, Winchester, KY 40391). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials are suggested to Hospice East, 407 Shoppers Drive, Winchester, KY 40391 and/or Ephesus Baptist Church, 500 Stoner Ephesus Road, Winchester, KY 40391.

Gerald Jerry Adamson wrote a sympathy message

“Ken Hisle was the chairman of the Pulpit Committee that called me to pastor Kiddville Baptist Church, from December 1977 until May of 1982. He was not only a faithful and loyal member but he was a friend. The joy and help to me as a young man in ministry serve as a role model of greatness and Christian character. My heart now has a void of sadness but I look forward to the time with Joy when we will meet again. All of the family are in my prayers. Bro. Jerry Adamson”
