She was predeceased by : her husband Ralph Webster; her parents, Andrew Davis and Eugenia Buckner Davis; and her siblings, Opal Mansfield, Jeanette Proffit, Louise Aldridge, Lois Davis and Andrew Davis.

She is survived by : her children, Connie J. Webster of Winchester, Monica L Bellamy (David) of Winchester and Anthony E. Webster (Angela) of Winchester; her grandchildren, Amberly, Dylan, Ace, Mercedes, Chase, Kelsey and Chris; and her pet Nova. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.

Contributions in Arlene's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
