He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" Duke. He is survived by: his mother Etta Davis Duke; his wife Pamela Pasley Duke; his siblings, Mae Berryman (Buddy), MaryAnn Cheatham (Tim) and Johnny Duke; and his stepsons, Stephen Johnson (Angie) and Jeremy Fox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and four step grandchildren.
