She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Ishmael and Ruth Hall Smith; and her siblings, Lucy Mae Bryant, Shirley Ann Ferguson, Molly Marie Griffitt, Emily Pearl Smith, Amanda Ruth Smith, Charles Ishmael "Tuffy" Smith, Wilburn "Pete" Smith and Eddie Mack Smith.
She is survived by : her pet Rocky (Harry Bonner); and her siblings, Loretta Ralston of Winchester, Margie Clevinger (Carl) of Morehead and John Smith of Winchester. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
