He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Combs and Virginia Issacs Combs. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Armitage Combs; his sons, Zachary (Bethany), Dylan (Brittney) and Austin; his granddaughters, Isabella, Rosalee, Audrey and Isla; his siblings, Connie Coates and Wayne Combs (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Andrea Morris and Greg Armitage. He is also survived by uncle and numerous aunts, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Christian Church - Mt. Carmel (3455 Wades Mill Rd, Winchester, KY 40391).
