He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Sr. Woods and Emma Parido Woods. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Barnett and Jodie Woods; and his siblings, Inez Hines (Thomas), Howard Woods Jr. (Nancy), Sophia Pickett (Gordon), Charlene Watkins and Johnny Hughes (Carolyn). He is also survived by several grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Scobee Funeral Home (219 W Lexington Ave, Winchester, KY 40391). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
