It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peggy Jo Pharis (Winchester, Kentucky), who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Winburn and Hazel Frye Winburn; and her siblings, Donnie Cole Winburn and Sue Mayhew. She is survived by: her husband Roger Pharis; her sons, Jason (Alicia), Patrick (Crystal) and Chad Pharis (Jessica); her grandchildren, Jaime, Baylee, Tyler, Katelyn, Karly and Chase; and her siblings, Greg, Regina and Rick Winburn. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Leon Pace Memorial Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
