She was predeceased by: her husband Paul C. Riddell; her parents, James Ballard and Nettie Morrison Ballard; and her siblings, Beulah Ballard, Roxie Willoughby, Elmer Ballard, Dorothy Risen, Opal Barber, Olema Highley and Gladys Lambert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shari Keesee (Glen), Paula Riddell (David Wills) and Jami Riddell Rivera (Luis); her grandchildren, Nicholas Clark, Chastity Clark, Zachary Riddell, Courtney Riddell, Amanda Smith and Ariel Gist; and her great grandchildren, Kaleb Clark, Kaden Clark, Zander Riddell, Kyle Riddell, Lillian Wheeler, Emilia Wheeler, Orben Gist, Evie Gist and Pheobe Gist. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Scobee Funeral Home (219 W Lexington Ave, Winchester, KY 40391). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
