She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Fugett and Jeanette Collins Fugett. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Earl Balmer; and her children, Benjamin Lee Balmer (Lindsey) and Lisa Ann Manley (Bruce). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several siblings.
