He was predeceased by: his sons, David Harlow and Chris Skaggs; and his sisters, Evelyn Setters, Judith Wallace, Betty Buckler and Sue White.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Harlow; his daughters, Heather Sheard (Scott) and Lisa Bicknell (Adam); his stepsons, Greg Allen Dore (Brooke) and Robbie Dore (Nikki); his grandchildren, Chris Garrett (Kelsey), Sammie Garrett, Hayden Bicknell, Lily Bicknell, Rowan Bicknell, Brayden Dore, Avery Dore, Elly Dore, Chris Skaggs and Holly Skaggs; and his great grandchild Stevie Garrett. He is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
The family has requested no flowers due to strict transplant rules and masks are mandatory. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice East, 407 Shoppers Drive, Winchester, Kentucky 40391, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
