With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rosie Dotson of Winchester, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 23, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sparks and Goldie Mae Newman Sparks. She is survived by: her husband Buddy; her children, Hope Dotson Brooks (Keith) of North Carolina and Kevin Dotson (Kelly) of Winchester; her grandchildren, Alexandra Brooks, Ashley Brooks, Johnathan Dotson, Katlynn Dotson, Kevin Dotson, Jr. and William J. Dotson; her stepgrandchildren, Travis Renner, Katilynn Renner and Allyson Renner; her sister Fannie Wright; and her niece Dorothy "Dottie" Barnett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home (526 Pleasant St, Paris, KY 40361). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
