He is survived by: his wife Cherie Lee Guy May; his daughter Destiny May-Bradley (Cody); his stepdaughters, Becky Whitaker (Tim), Melanie Neal and Jennifer Hampton (Danny); his grandchildren, John, Katlynn, Kevin, William Dotson, Hunter Whitaker, Ryder Whitaker, Jayvion May, Alexis Dykes, Courtney Hopper, Sara Hopper, Shane Hampton and Stormy Hampton; his great grandchildren, Colton Hampton, Layla Hampton and Waylon Dykes; and his siblings, James May and Nancy Gibson.
