It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shawn Michael McMullen of Winchester, Kentucky, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James McMullen and Freda Welch McMullen; and his daughter Jessica. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn J. McMullen; his daughters, Tiffany Gent (Joseph) and Madeline; his stepdaughter Kelly Planck (John); his sisters, Deborah Jacob (Tom), Sheila Wheeler (Tim) and Lisa Martin; his close friends, Brian and Jennifer Charles; and his pets, Markey and Sammy. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested contributions be made to the Markey Cancer Center in Lexington, KY or Hospice East in Winchester, KY.
