He is survived by: his parents, Andy Cecil and Shanda Cecil; his brother Hayden Cecil; his grandparents, Eric, Sue Staton, Jerry, Marion Cecil and Gene Pace; his aunts and uncles, Kim Haddox (Ted), Rebecca Hartford (Charles) and Tom Cecil (Meredith); and his cousins, Stephenie, William, Kate, John, George, Madeline and Olivia.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Christian Church (24 E Hickman St, Winchester, KY 40391). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Simon's memory to the Stride Program PO Box 643 Winchester, KY 40392.
