He was predeceased by : his parents, Bryan Mullins and Alice Mullins; his aunts, Edna Cecil and Irene Spencer; his uncle Jess Spencer; and his cousins, Bessie R. Morris (Bob), Roger Cecil (Linda Kay), Jess D. Cecil (Carletta), Stanley M. Cecil (Sheila) and Anna Lois Scigliano.

He is survived by : his cousins, Jimmy Spencer and Bobby Dean Morris.
