Steve leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Steve’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Steve will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his mother Maxine Leslie Hall Jackson. He is survived by: his father Eugene Elbert; his wife Nancy Ellen Cripple Jackson of Winchester; his daughter Valerie Jackson Plowman (Gary) of Winchester; his grandsons, Tanner Ratliff and Tate Ratliff of Winchester; and his sister Donna Jacson (John Beyer) of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
