He is survived by: his wife Theresa Ann Tackett; his children, Amanda Lea Campbell (Morgan) of Lexington, SC and Dr. Stephen Adam Tackett (Katie) of London, KY.; his grandchildren, Ian James Campbell, Micah Stephen Campbell, Lila Ann Tackett, Mia Rose Campbell and Liam Wade Tackett; his brother Greg Tackett (Sandy) of Stanville, KY; and his sister-in-law Gwen Tackett.
In lieu of flowers. Steve wanted people to consider donating to the American Cancer Society or their local church.
