She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lee and Lois Smyth Jones; and her brother Kenneth Larry. She is survived by: her husband Ron; her children, Jamie Shofner (Jennifer), Nikki Moore (Kevin) and Billy Florence (Miranda); and her grandchildren, Jacob Shofner (Alejandra), Jonah Shofner, Max Moore, Samantha Moore and Braden Fultz (Colin). She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ephesus Baptist Church (500 Stoner-Ephesus Rd, Winchester, KY 40391). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Terry's memory to Ephesus Baptist Church or Hospice East, causes close to her heart.
