He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lykins and Ola Francis Conner; and his brother Donnie Lykins. He is survived by: his wife Angela Carter; his son Thomas Lykins Jr. (Amber); his grandchildren, Parker Thomas Lykins and Eli Russell Lykins; and his siblings, Kathleen Hagar (Brad), James "Warhorse" Lykins (Sheila), Robert Crowe (Mardonice) and Daryl Lykins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Scobee Funeral Home (219 W Lexington Ave, Winchester, KY 40391). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
