She was predeceased by: her spouse Shirley Edward Lawrence; and her parents, Charles Monroe Brooks and Stella Woodward Brooks. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Lawrence and Ronnie Lawrence (Angela); her stepgrandchildren, Tia Townsend, Savannah Townsend and Joshua Townsend; and her sister-in-law Betty Abner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family members and friends.
