She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Rupard Abney and Verlie Bivens Abney; her siblings, Ruhama Sidwell, Georgia Watts, Richard, Roy, Forest, James, John and Rupard Abney, Jr.; and her husbands, Lloyd Pingleton and James Browning.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Pingleton (Mollie), Rhonda Newby (Jerry) and Tina Campbell (Chris); her brother Charles Abney (Juanita); and her sisters-in-law, Judy and Helen Abney. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
