She was predeceased by: her husband James N. Thomas; her parents, Robert Stevens and Leatha Stevens; and her children, Scott Thomas, Toni Thomas and Shelly Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughter Terri Dawson (Greg); her grandchildren, Tyler Montgomery (Nini Edwards), Andrew Dawson (Kayla), Lauren Dawson, Mathew Thomas, Nolan Thomas (Shelby) and Chelsea Fitzsimmons; and her great grandchildren, Mikey, Luke, Addi, Khyler and Ginny.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Scobee Funeral Home (219 W Lexington Ave, Winchester, KY 40391).
