He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Bailey and Christine Fisher Bailey; his former wife Donna Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Lylah and Hadley Hughes.
He is survived by: his wife PJ; his children, Daniel Bailey (Haley), Chasity Maines (Allen), Shae Hasty (Shane), Amanda McFadden (Ben), Hayley Blake (Julia) and Nova Barnes; his grandchildren, Preston Losh, Payton Hughes, Benjamin McFadden, Jakob McFadden, Christopher Hasty, Raelyn Maines and Henry Maines; his great grandchild Paxton Hughes; his sister Elvina "Venie" Williams; his aunt Bonnie Bailey; and his uncle Bobby Bailey. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leon Pace Memorial Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Winchester Cemetery (625 W Lexington Ave, Winchester, KY 40391).
