He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Spicer and Thelma Noe Spicer; and his former wife Judy Childers Spicer. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Johnson-Spicer; his son Scott Spicer (Nikki); and his grandchildren, Cameron, Caden and Callie Spicer. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leon Pace Memorial Chapel (219 W Lexington Ave, Winchester, KY 40391). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
