He is survived by : his significant other Dell Blailock; his sister Janie Shaw of Kosciusko, MS; and his children, Blanche Wade of Winchester, KY, Barbara Polson (Billy Bob) of Winchester, KY, Carol Pangburn of Harvest, AL and Barry Blailock (Chelly) of Snellville, GA.. He is also survived by family members includes 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
