He was predeceased by: his parents, James McGuire and Ruth Helen McGuire of Ann Arbor, Michigan.. He is survived by: his wife Anna Clark McGuire; his daughters, Melissa Keefer of Shelby, MI and Kristin McGuire of Indianapolis, IN; his siblings, Daniel McGuire (Brenda) of Dexter, MI, Carolyn Joyce Ganger of Ypsilanti, MI and Teresa Meredith of Greenbrae, CA; his siblings' children, Brenda Jasczc, Andrew and Dan McGuire; and his brother-in-law Paul Clark (Shirley) of Richmond, KY.
