She was predeceased by : her grandson Jacob Adkins; her siblings, Maxine Rodgers, Conrad Rodgers, Dillard Rodgers and John Willard Rodgers; and her parents, Hubert Rodgers and Gladys Perkins Rodgers.

She is survived by : her sons, James Shane Maynard of Wingo, KY and Wayne Maynard (Edwina) of Almo, KY; and her grandchildren, Shayla Schramer (Austin) of Pilot Oak, KY, Shayna Maynard (Brandon) of Hodgenville, KY, Nathan Maynard of Murray, KY, Chris Wilder of Hardin, KY and Jeremiah Maynard of Troy, TN. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
