He is survived by : his significant other Tammy Willett of Wingo; his son Matt Willett of Paducah; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Willett of Paducah; and his siblings, Ron Willett of Fancy Farm, Donna Winstead of Mayfield and Dianna Brittain of Mayfield.
