She was predeceased by: her husband Kent D. Mays; her daughter-in-law Wendy Mays; her siblings, Marilyn Sue Lawson and Bobby Gene Darnell; and her parents, Leon "Buster" Darnell and Ermie Tabers Darnell.
She is survived by: her sons, Russell Mays of Wingo and Mark Mays (Kelly) of Wingo; her grandchildren, Teddy Mays, Michael Mays, Nathan Mays and Jenny Williams; and her great grandchild Wendy "Winnie" Mays. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
