She was predeceased by : her former life partner Ocie Sutton; her husband Joseph T. Crawford; her son Gary Crawford; and her parents, John David Poynter and Armentee Gertrude Poyner.

She is survived by : her children, Mary Linda Sexton, Wanda Fay Martin, Rebecca Napier, Connie Cowles, Pamela Everidge, Timothy Sutton, Donna Faughn, Janice Arnold, Beverly Sutton, Judy Crawford and Mary Lain. She is also survived by several grandchildren, and 99 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
