With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Brinkley of Wingo, Kentucky, who passed away on July 25, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Michael farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Michael is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Tassi Fite Brinkley; his son Brandon Brinkley (Sarah) of Wingo; his granddaughters, Jaidyn and Emmalyn Brinkley; his siblings, Kristen Ferstle of Ledbetter and Brian Brinkley of Brookport, IL; his mother-in-law Sue Fite of Wingo; and his brother-in-law Tim Fite (Shanda) of Wingo.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home - Wingo (6263 KY-339, Wingo, KY 42088). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
