She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Adams; her parents, Ben Trivett and Lee Trivett; her son Joshua Adams; and her siblings, Beneline Hagge, Deborah Rupard and Robert Trivett.
She is survived by: her son Shawn Adams (Tina) of Mayfield; her sisters, Judy Hines of Nortonville, KY and Joy Trivett of Elk Park, NC; her grandchildren, Brandon Boss (Lisa) and Sadie Adams (Caalum Murphy); and her great grandchild Greyson Murphy.
