She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Richard Horne and Mary Sammons Horne; her husband Len Franklin Hamilton; her brothers, Arbin Willard Horne and Paul Michael Horne; and her grandson Franklin Chase Hamilton.
She is survived by: her children, Ben Franklin Hamilton (Debra) of Wittensville, Kentucky and Jeanne Len Hamilton Reed (Jeff) of Flat Gap, Kentucky; and her grandsons, Ben Franklin Hamilton II (Alli) of Scottsboro, AL and Michael Alexander Hamilton (Katherine) of Washington, D. C.. She is also survived by other loving family members and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Johnson County Schools Family Resource Center.
