It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcella Perkins Howard of Wittensville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 29, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Perkins and Laura Ruth Penix Perkins; her husband James Howard; and her siblings, Cynthia Williams, Betty Miller, Dorothy Blair and Ronnie Hopkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Phillip (Mary Ann Cantrell), Nathan (Tiara Cantrell) and Kerry (Latoya Montgomery); her siblings, Virginia Patrick, Lawson Perkins and Donnie Hopkins; and her nieces and nephews, Susie Howard and Glen Williams. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
