He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Crawford; and his brother Kenny Ray Crawford. He is survived by: his mother Zonda Mitchell Crawford of Woodbine; his daughter Tiffany Hamilton of Corbin; and his siblings, Theresa Hash of Woodbine and Tim Crawford (Jacque) of Corbin. He is also survived by two grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
