She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanford "Pappy" Lillard and Bertha Taylor "Chief" Lillard; her brother David Lillard; her son Blair Vance; and her brother-in-law Billy Vance.
She is survived by: her husband Randy Vance; her children, Deanna Vanminos (John), Scott Bowles (Lindsay) and Jeramie Vance (Melissa); her grandchildren, Ashlann Banton, Brendan Vanminos, Olivia Hall, Kaylee Hall, Drew Bowles, Delaney Bowles, Jake Bowles, Grayson Bowles, Cody Vance and Leigh Vance; her great grandchildren, Gracie Taylor and Briella Osburn; and her siblings-in-law, Danny Vance and Lisa Vance. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
