He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Thomas and Rachel "Allie" Toler Thomas; his siblings, Larry Thomas, George Thomas and Hazel Isom; and his parents-in-law, Buck and Mae Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Woods Thomas; his children, Mark Thomas (Candy), David Shane Thomas (Tina) and Lorelle Wooton (Darrell); his brother Harold Thomas; his grandchildren, Andrew, Ashley, Adam, Chase, Steven, Alexis Gail and Kailey; his great grandchild Ashton Coy; his close friends, Hobert, Liz Couch, Stephanie Griffie and Bobby Howard; and his sister-in-law Frances Pennington.
