He is survived by: his wife Polly Sizemore; his sons, Tim Sizemore (Kim) and Johnny Sizemore (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Alicia Rhodus (Daniel), Ashley Wells (Nathaniel), Tyler North, Jared Sizemore, Kayleigh Campbell and McKenzie Campbell; and his great grandchildren, Ashton, Lay Ken, Braxton, Noah, Phoebe and Maise.
