It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Coots of Wooton, Kentucky, who passed away on December 2, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his sisters, Betty Chambers, Geraldine Hasty, Josephine Coots, Elizabeth Coots and Janice Coots; his wife Mary Bashen Coots of Wooton, KY; his sons, Kenneth Eugene Coots (Paula) of Scottsville, KY, Daniel Wayne Coots of Russellville, KY, Nathan Coots (Savannah) of Glasgow, KY and Benjamin Coots of Glasgow, KY; his stepchildren, Darrell Buchanan (Trina) of Bowling Green, KY., Pamela Sue Hopper (Martin) of Bowling Green, KY. and Brandi Logsdon (Robert) of Bowling Green, KY.; his siblings, Ray Coots, Jr., Woodrow Coots (Sue) of Anderson, IN, Dana Coots of Shelbyville, KY, Ronnie "J. B." Coots (Christian) of Stein, Germany. and Judy Jacobs (Gary) of Lyons, IN.; and his close friends, Boyd Pennington and Steve Sizemore.
