She was predeceased by: her parents, Evan Dale and Ethel Leola Williams Donnelly. She is survived by: her husband Forrest "Frosty" Allen Evans; her daughters, Lindsey Nicole Roberts (Eli) of Louisville and Allison Elizabeth Reed (Ross) of Louisville, Kentucky; her brothers, James "Jim" Donnelly (Melanie) of Lexington and William (Susanne); and her grandchildren, Evan Calbie Roberts, Caroline Elizabeth Roberts, Kennedy Nicole Reed and Finn Cillian Reed.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the McConnell House - 100 McConnell House Drive, Greenup, Kentucky 41144.
