Ferrell of Florence, Kentucky, Jenny Phillips of Raceland and Lisa Hettinger of Springboro Ohio; his siblings, Nancy Jasper, Sharon Ferrell, Harry, Frank and Dallas Ferrell; and his grandchildren, Bryan Byrd, Matthew Phillips, Jennifer Newsome, Ella Hettinger and Garrett Hettinger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
