He is survived by: his aunt Olive T. Doniphan; his wife Sandra Kay Osborne Hensley of Worthington, KY; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Clark (Dusty) of Flatwoods, KY, Kevin Black (Carrie) of Greenup, KY and Kimberly Renee Houston (Ryan) of Argillite, KY; his great grandchildren, Kyle Rickman, Caleb Black, Hunter Houston, Allie Houston, Ethan Matthews and Kelsey Matthews; his daughter-in-law Della Elizabeth "Libby" Hensley of Greenup, KY; and his brother Warren "Butch" Hensley (Elsie) of Flatwoods, KY.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bailey Family Funeral Home (2110 Argillite Rd, Flatwoods, KY 41139). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
