She was predeceased by : her mother Rose Mahoney; and her son Kendall A. Hornback. She is survived by : her children, Pam Hornback of Boone County, KY, Cindy Proctor of Worthville, KY, Troy Wayne Hornback of Worthville, KY and Daniel Ray Hornback of Worthville, KY; and her close friend Daniel Hawkins of Worthville, KY.. She is also survived by three grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
